Woodrow Wilson: Visionary or Hack?

Woodrow Wilson's presidency is one of the least-discussed controversial presidencies. Some of the left claim he receives too little praise, and some on the right too little ire. In the past year-plus, Wilson has received scathing criticism from the book "Liberal Fascism" by NRO's Jonah Goldberg, which was furthered by Glenn Beck.
